Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional, for garnish
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional, for garnish
Instructions:
