Nutella Mascarpone Chocolate Tart



Enjoy this rich chocolate tart with Nutella and mascarpone cheese, which go so well together. This dessert is a real treat for chocolate lovers. It has a crunchy chocolate cookie crust, a creamy Nutella mascarpone filling, and a thick layer of melted chocolate on top.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts optional, for garnish

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Melted butter and chocolate cookie crumbs should be mixed together well in a bowl

Fill a 9-inch tart pan with the dough and press it into the bottom and up the sides

Once it's done baking, let it cool down completely

Mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and Nutella in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth and well mixed

Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form

Fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture slowly until it is all mixed together

Smooth the Nutella mascarpone mixture out on top of the tart crust after it has cooled

In a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each one until the mixture is smooth

Allow it to cool a bit

Spread the melted chocolate out evenly on top of the Nutella mascarpone layer

If you want, you can decorate it with chopped hazelnuts

Put the tart in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it

Cut it up and serve it cold

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to create the dressing

Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss well to combine, ensuring everything is evenly coated

Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together

Serve the vegan kale salad with coconut lime dressing immediately, garnished with extra mint and cilantro if desired

Grilled Chicken Bruschetta



Juicy grilled chicken breasts filled with flavorful bruschetta topping make for a satisfying low-carb dish, perfect for those following a keto diet.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese optional

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper

Mix well to make bruschetta topping

Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through

Stuff each chicken breast with the bruschetta topping
