Ingredients:
- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Instructions:
In a blender, combine watermelon cubes, sugar, heavy cream, and lime juice
Blend until smooth
Pour mixture into a shallow dish and place in the freezer
Every 30 minutes, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a granita texture
Repeat until mixture is completely frozen and granular, about 2-3 hours
